1. Can I update from the FitGirl version to the latest version?
No, you cannot update from the FitGirl version. Please delete it and download the full version again from this link: Download Full Version.
2. How to fix the sign-in error?
First, go to this link and check if all the tests are passing or not: status.bigant.com
Method 1 (Works in most cases)
- Run CMD as Administrator
- Type this command and hit Enter:
netsh winhttp reset proxy
Method 2
- Open the Windows search bar and type “Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.”
- Go to Inbound Rules and look for any rules related to Big Ant – Cricket 24 or Cricket 24.
- If you find two rules, double-click each one and make sure “Allow the connection” is selected.
- Repeat the same in Outbound Rules.
- If you don’t find any related rules, you can try adding them manually.
3. Game crashing?
